- A free inspection, documented. We photograph the bruising, the wind lift, and the flashing, and we pin down the date of loss while it is still fresh.
- Make us your contractor of record. That means we are the point of contact with your adjuster instead of you sorting it out on your own, and we meet them on the roof.
- We talk scope of work, not policy. We bring up code and the manufacturer’s instructions to make the case for the correct repair, and we file a supplement when the scope leaves something out.
- Straight expectations. If there is not enough damage to stand behind a claim, we will tell you that.

I am not sure which service I need. Where do I start?
Start with a free inspection. We check shingles, flashing, valleys, penetrations, vents, gutters, and attic ventilation, photograph what we find, and tell you plainly whether you need a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all. A roof under fifteen years old with damage in one spot is usually a repair. Widespread damage or recurring leaks on an older roof usually points to replacement.
Are inspections really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached. We check shingles, flashing, valleys, penetrations, vents, gutters, and attic ventilation, then tell you plainly what we found. If your roof is fine, that is what we will say.
What should I do if water is coming in right now?
Call 972-772-1999 instead of filling out a form. A phone call always gets a faster answer. We will talk you through what to do right now, get out to you, tarp it, and dry it in. Outside normal hours, call the main line and we will tell you what we can do.
Do you help with insurance claims?
We help you navigate the process. Make us your contractor of record and we become the point of contact with your adjuster, meet them on the roof, and document the damage with dated photos. We discuss the scope of work and what code and the manufacturer’s instructions require. We are roofers, not adjusters or attorneys, so we do not advise on your policy.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Two. A 10-year GAF Systems Plus warranty on the materials, which is manufacturer-backed and transferable once at no fee, and a 10-year workmanship warranty from us covering how the roof was installed.
