Doing business with Bacon Roofing is like doing business with your best friends. They understand your situation and have tons of options to solve your needs. They handle everything with extreme care. I sent a request for inspection online with Bacon Roofing. Damien called me within an hour of that request. It was late in the day so he showed up promptly the next day. He did a thorough investigation and found many things other roof inspectors had missed. He found a hole in the roof where our water leak was coming from. He patched it up on the spot, no questions asked. He met with the adjuster and got my claim taken care of with tons of reassurance. This whole process has been extremely comfortable and professional.

3.15.2026 – I am writing this review in light of the current strong winds ranging from 25-30 mph. It has been nearly two years since our roof was installed. Over these two years, we have not needed to contact Bacon Roofing regarding any issues. The company delivered excellent workmanship on our roof installation and ensured all certified GAF materials were properly covered as agreed. Bacon Roofing is a family-owned business with a 30-year history. This longevity is important not only for warranty coverage but also for the confidence that the company will remain in operation over time. When selecting a roofing contractor, it is crucial to consider the long-term reliability of the company rather than choosing one that may not endure. The entire team at Bacon Roofing demonstrated professionalism throughout the process, from initial consultation to project completion. Though we encountered challenges with our insurance provider, John from Bacon Roofing provided valuable guidance and made himself available to meet with our adjuster, who was difficult to schedule with. Despite the added stress from the insurance process, John’s support greatly alleviated our concerns. Bacon Roofing is a trustworthy and high-quality roofing company. My family and I are sincerely appreciative of their service. Our home (now 5-years old) required a new roof after just three years due to consistent exposure to severe weather conditions, and the craftsmanship provided by Bacon Roofing affirms our decision to choose them for this important project. Also - Braden provided valuable assistance during the process and performed well with the gutter installation. After a hail storm in early 2025, Braden did an excellent job putting on a new roof and repairing my home and property. All the repairs were high quality. He also worked with insurance from start to end. Like all major projects, there were unexpected complications, but he did great with handling these. He went above and beyond, focused on customer satisfaction.

Saw the job they did on my next door neighbors roof . And decided then that when I replaced my roof I knew the job would be done right . I’m a satisfied customer!

We used Bacon to get our roof repaired after a hailstorm and to build a patio cover on the back side of our house. Braden oversaw the jobs and did a great job of coordinating the process, working with our insurance, keeping us updated and making sure all our concerns were fully addressed. In total Bacon replaced the roof and damaged gutters, repaired paint/stain damage from the hail and replaced damaged window screens and the chimney cap -all of which was able to go through insurance. For the Patio cover, we didn't want something too overbuilt or ornate, and Bacon did not try to oversell on that point, which we appreciated. Braden and the Bacon team made sure we got a quality product and that we were fully claiming what was covered by insurance. He was very conscious of what our out of pocket would be for the patio cover and non-insured repairs and upgrades and was able to deliver exactly what we wanted for the patio cover for a very reasonable price. We were extremely satisfied using Bacon.

Recently I had a shingle come loose on my 2/12 pitched roof. I called Bacon Roofing and received a call back very soon. They came out and assessed it. They not only put a shingle back, they inspected the whole roof and even repaired a couple other places and sealed some loose shingles. I had wind damage las week and called John and his crew and wow they showed up quick fixed the shingles clean everything and even walked me through the insurance stuff. Friendly folks and the roof looks great and the price made sense.

I was nervous after that spring hail and I really needed help fast. John came out quick and walked me through stuff and talked with my insurance which I am bad at. Crew had the old roof off and a new one on in a day and my yard looked clean after. Price felt fair and the roof looks solid. I am happy with how simple they made it.

If I could give more stars I would, let's say a million. Wanna know why? Well I will tell ya. First, honesty. You have to admit honest and construction do not go hand in hand. Trust me honest contractors and work. Secondly, quality of work or rather craftsmanship. Unbelievably professional and timely. When does that ever happen... in my experience never. We've all been told - it will be done in a week or so... and a couple of months later.... still not done OR not done correctly with care. These people care period. They take pride in thier work. Thirdly, Brayden, who I delt with, came on sight at least once a day if not more to ensure his team was doing what was needed. His team is so good, they went above and beyond as did Brayden. He took the time to listen and really understand my needs and concerns. Well done , Brayden and thank you. Therefore this company will be the only people i will use from here on out. Highly recommend them. Now, don't expect cheap, expect quality lasting craftsmanship. But be rest assured, the assessments are honest and worth it, its your home and you want quality that will last. And thats why they will be overseeing all the upcoming repairs on my fixer upper home.
